Our Strength classes aren't random workouts. They're structured to make you stronger week by week. That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.
Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.
Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.
Our Race Simulation puts you through the full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties, basically everything you need to know. So nothing feels new on the Race Day.

Training at hof has been crucial for my hyrox journey. The blend of endurance and functional exercises significantly improved my stamina, strength, and technique for key events like sled pushes and ergs. The supportive environment from trainers and members is a huge motivation.
I began my hyrox journey a while ago, but really picked up my game when i started with a hyrox training program from hof. While there was a big focus on running, i built up my strength and stamina by staying super consistent, having 2-3 strength and conditioning sessions per week. In the end, i achieved 3rd place in women open category and still aiming higher with hof!
The hyrox classes at hof gave us everything we needed to tackle the race. The high-intensity workouts that mimic the actual events were spot on, but what really made a difference was the community. Training with others who were just as driven kept us motivated and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
I thought I lacked strength to go PRO. HOF gave a simple, targeted plan and a supportive community that fixed my weaknesses. Six months later I'm stronger, faster and racing at PRO level.
Running wasn't my problem. Strength was. HOF closed the gaps, and the personal touch in every class made the difference. I now feel like a complete, race-ready HYROX athlete.
I used to just run, that was my whole training. Since joining hof I've gotten properly strong, and prepping for World Champs in Stockholm it really clicked. I've broken several PBs and stood on the podium more than once.
They made the switch to hybrid training simple. I've built real endurance while getting even stronger, and now I genuinely feel prepped for race day.
I lost my routine during Covid, and coming to hof has put me in the best shape of my life. The HYROX morning classes are my daily motivation now, and they've helped me prep and race over 13 times in the past year.
The Sunday S&C sessions were soul-taking and had me questioning my life choices, but that intensity is exactly what I needed to prep for World Champs.
