Our Strength classes aren't random workouts. They're structured to make you stronger week by week. That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our programs run on a rolling basis, so you can usually start within the week. Message us on WhatsApp at +852 6045 2325 and we'll lock in your start date.
Yes, we do. We pair partners based on pace and target time, so you're matched with someone who trains the way you race. It's not guaranteed though, it comes down to who else is looking at the time and whether we can find you a good fit. Send us your times and we'll do our best to pair you up.
Yes. We coach all levels and every movement scales to you. You set the pace, the coach makes sure it's the right one. You don't need to be fit to start, you need to turn up.
Run Club, our running sessions built for HYROX. Wednesdays are intervals to build speed, Saturdays are Zone 2 long runs to build your engine. You get sharper pacing and running you can hold under fatigue, so race day feels controlled instead of a scramble.
All of them. Your program gives you the full HYROX schedule: Strength, Endurance, Run Club, and Race Simulation. Come to as many as you like.
